This wonderfuly sparkling floral wine is made by Polgoon Vineyard based in the far reaches of Cornwall near Penzance.
The fruit for this is pressed and fermented to produce a light, dry sparkling wine and infused with floral elderflower juice. Methode Traditionelle secondary bottle fermentation produces a quality sparkling wine with persistent mousse and small bubbles. The end result is a refined sparkling floral wine that can be enjoyed on almost any occasion.
750ml; 10.5% ABV
