Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the whole of the UK every week excluding the Highland & The Islands. We are able to deliver to other areas including international deliveries – please email or call us to arrange this.

What days do you deliver on?

We deliver from Tuesday to Saturday excluding any Bank Holidays. If you would like a delivery on a Sunday, Monday or Bank Holiday please contact us and we will see if we can arrange this for you.

Can I track my order?

We use DPD to deliver our hampers. When you place your order you will receive a tracking number so you can see when it will arrive.

How much is delivery?

We charge £3.99 for standard delivery. If you would like a pre 12pm delivery we charge £9.99.

What time will my delivery arrive?

Our standard delivery service means your hamper could be delivered anytime between 8am and 6pm. You can upgrade your delivery to a pre-12pm service guaranteeing morning delivery. Please contact us if you would like any further information.

Help! I have a problem with my order/account/delivery!!

Don’t panic. We are always here to help and we really want you to be happy with every aspect of our service. Just call our office on 01872 211866 during office hours (Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm) or email us at hello@finefoodhamper.com outside office hours and someone will come back to you.

Can I add an item to one of your hampers?

If you'd like to add an extra item in to one of our hampers please have a look at the suggested additions on the hamper page. You can also select from the individual gift items listed on our website.

Can I put together a bespoke hamper?

We do put together bespoke hampers on request. Please contact us with details of what you are looking for and we will and we will do our best to help meet your requirements.

How do I send hampers to multiple addresses?

You will need to place individual orders for each address you are sending to. For each order put the items you'd like in your shopping basket, and checkout using the delivery address required. You will need to do this for each order to a different address.

What if no one is in when the delivery arrives?

We always ask you for a safe place to leave your order. Our couriers will always try to leave your delivery if it is safe to do so. If there is no where to leave the delivery safely it will be returned to the depot and a card left for the recipient. If you wish to guarantee a delivery time we do offer a premium before 12 delivery option.

What packaging will my order be delivered in?

We use entirely recyclable packaging for all our deliveries. Our outer boxes are cardboard and all our protective packaging both for ambient and chilled goods can be recycled. For chilled goods we use gel packs which you can reuse at home - perfect for keeping picnics cool in the summer!

Where do your products come from?

We have a fabulous network of suppliers who produce all our goods for us. Being a Cornish business many of them are based here, but we also source products from elsewhere in the UK. Essentially we sell products because they are really good, they are produced with the right ethics, and we aim to support smaller UK based businesses.

Can I amend my order?

We will do our very best to amend or cancel your order if required. However this will depend on the status of your order and will unfortunately not always be possible. If you do need to change an order you have placed we would advise you to contact us as soon as possible by phone or email.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept the following payment methods on our website: - Visa and Mastercards - Apple & Google Pay You can pay over the phone using Visa and Mastercard. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express.

How do I use a gift card on your website?

If you have a gift card or voucher for our website you can enter the details on the checkout page and the amount available will be deducted. You can pay any remaining balance using any of the standard payment methods.

Where do I enter my discount code on your website?

If you have a discount code for our website you can enter the code at the checkout stage. If you have any difficulties using your code please just give us a call or send an email oiut of office hours.

What are Secure Payments and how do they work?

Secure Payments is a system put in place by Visa and MasterCard to provide additional security when using using your bank card online.
Our website talks to Secure Payments when you're paying and you may be asked to enter some information that only your bank would be able to validate.
If you experience problems entering your personal information on Secure Payments, you'll need to contact your card provider. They hold the details of your account and we'd never ask you to share those details with us.

What do I do if an item arrives damaged?

We pack all our orders with a great deal of care to ensure they make it to the recipients door safely. However despite our very best efforts occasionally hamper contents can get damaged in transit. If this should happen please get in contact with us and we will replace the damaged or defective item/s. Depending on the item, we may request the return, or request the collection of the item/s.
If the item cannot be replaced we reserve the right to refund you for the damaged or defetive item.
