Occasionally we may have to substitute items within the hamper due to supply issues. If we do so it will be for an item of equivalent or greater value.

I purchased the Luxury Charcuterie & Cheese hamper as a Christmas present for My sister and brother-in-law they said everything was delicious! And I was very impressed how helpful they were when I needed to change the delivery date Definitely use this company again

The hamper was wonderful. Nicely packed in the box and all good quality. Sadly the delivery was a day later than requested (asked for the 19th but was delivered the 20th). In current times when couriers simply leave things at the door (regardless of anyone being in or not) my hamper could easily have been stolen as I was not in on the day. Thankfully a kind neighbour noticed it and took care of it until I came home (having put a note through my door). The Fine Food Hamper need to despatch on time and work with couriers who do not simply dump the parcel and run.

Hi Tim, Thank you for taking the time to review us and apologies for the delay in your parcel arriving. Unfortunately all the couriers in the Christmas run up get extremely busy which resulted in the day delay to your parcel arriving for which I can only apologise. All our hampers are marked for the couriers to leave in a safe place rather than returning to the depot as they contain food. I'm glad you received it safely. Kind regards, Lucy
