Fowey Valley Vintage Cider is made using the Méthode Traditionelle in the same way as the best French bubbly. The apples are pressed, then fermented twice: first in the barrel for a year; then a second year’s fermentation in the bottle. The cider is then disgorged in the champagne style and aged further before release. It is the secondary fermentation that gives this cider its wonderful bubbly effervescence.

Cornish Gouda is based on a traditional Dutch recipe. Cornish Gouda is a pasteurised Cornish cheese handmade by artisan cheesemaker Giel Spierings. This Semi Mature Cornish Gouda is aged for 6 months, and bursts with complex creamy, nutty and caramel flavours. Fantastic thinly sliced in sandwiches, on a cheese board or melted on top of your favourite dish.

Fowey Valley Apple Cider Relish is a handmade relish made with Fowey Valley cider and Cornish apples. This relish pairs perfectly with cheese for a moreish combination.
