The Boddington's have been growing berries on their family farm for 3 generations and use the whole berries to make high fruit content preserves. The jam is made in the traditional open method which brings out the rich fruity taste of the fruit. Made using no additives - just fruit, sugar and lemon juice! The strawberry jam has over 80% whole fruit content.
